The Design / Build delivery method allows the client to hire the Design / Builder during the preliminary phase of the project. The Design / Builder puts the design team together and works together to ensure the project meets the clients vision, schedule and budget. This helps avoid cost and schedule overruns.

Highlander Design + Build is a commercial Design / Build Contractor that serves the Northeast Georgia area. Highlander was founded in 2009 by Micah McCracken. Micah is a licensed engineer with a professional background in structural engineering.

With innovations in technology and best practices in business and project management, Micah was able to offer clients a Design / Build construction firm that can construct large, multi-phase construction projects while retaining the feel of a small company.
